My name is Derek Sandgren and I am realtor in the Yuba Sutter area. I was born and raised in the Yuba-Sutter area and grew up around the local real estate industry, since my parents are local home builders. After attending nearby Marysville High School, I left the community for a few years to obtain my degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management at the University of Pacific in Stockton, CA. After working in the information technology corporate world for almost two years, I decided that I needed to get to back to my “roots” and start doing something that I loved.
